Great studio and great sound, I was unable to physically be there, but my drummer went there to record two songs for three hours. Marc was professional and use screen share and audiomovers for me to hear. The HH sound wasn’t where I wanted to, seemed farther away, but the OH together with a Hi Hat mic were chefs kiss. No phase issues. The set up was quick. The only thing is that the drummer had a tight schedule and was not able to fully look at the charts or the references that I sent a week ahead and my charts are not simple, so it took us 2 1/2 hours to get the groove I wanted. For the last 30 minutes, he recorded the second song and gave me a bunch of different groups that I could play around with which worked out a lot better For the first song, I’ll have to still get another drummer to record some additional hits. I will say this if you’re recording original music, it’s better for you to come in person if you’re not sure of what particular sound you want and you’re still exploring it … Being physically present in the studio especially for drums is different than virtually and you can’t conduct or signal certain hits. Keep that in mind. Because it will cost you more in the long run. Regarding Studio prices, I think it’s fair. And they offer a 7th hour from what I’ve seen. But to stay in the budget, I suggest to use studio time to primarily record drums and anything that you cannot record in your own home studio. More cost-effective. I paid $360 for three hours, plus the hourly rate for the drummer and his Uber. Sidenote, if you make your own beats, I suggest you hire a drummer at least to play your beats ONCE and you’re going to feel a difference. Whatever you come up with, a drummer is going to make it feel more alive even if he doesn’t get all the hits you can always layer over them.

Marc has been my engineer for the last 2 years. I LOVE the way he allows me to sit in while he mix. He's very patient. He is one of the coolest Engineers that I've met. Even when I missed my appointment he was able to help me out. His mix and mastering is awesome.

This was my third project working with Mark and I must say he never lets me down had an I'm always guaranteed an awesome track! I’m back again. And I’m not finished! Worth every Penny. Well dollar😂😂😂
